CANCELLATION POLICY

For late cancellations and no-shows: SKINHACKS reserves the right to charge a fee of 50% of the booked services for no-shows and for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment start time. Your card on file will be charged. Please note that your card will not be charged at the time of booking, and that the fee will only be collected in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. SKINHACKS also reserves the right to request a deposit when this becomes habitual.

AGE POLICY

Intimate waxing services are available to guests over 18 years of age. Under the umbrella of intimate waxing, Bikini Line service is available to guests between 16 and 18 years of age with a parent or guardian present in the treatment room. Extended Bikini Line and Brazilian services are not available to guests under the age of 18.
